Same problem with csrss.exe process.

My error is WINDOWS – NO DISK
Exception Processing Message Oxc0000013 Parameters Ox764D023C 0×83055CBC 0×764D023C 0×764D023C

It carries through to Safe Mode.

Had the same problem. spend entire day working on this. I notice however this error only pop up when i tried to access my hdd.

Eventually, i figure out that my pc was infected with a trojan virus. It infected the autorun.vbs

If u see this file in c:\windows\autorun.vbs, c:\autorun.vbs, or in ur taskmgr a file wscript.exe,

chances are u having the exact same problem as i did.. ran a virus scan and have it removed..

Yes, try getting them to change the drive letters of their removable hard disks to reset whatever got corrupted – see http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html.

Worked for me, after lots of time & hair tearing!
