		<description>Agree completely regarding Microsoft having the freedom to adopt outside code - as soon as I heard about WPK, I thought, wait... what about PowerBoots? It certainly is a step in the right direction to have it ship as Ms-PL, though. Oh well, 5 years ago I wouldn&#039;t have dreamed of seeing as much open source from Microsoft as we have lately.</description>
