Well, I’ve finally moved off of 1and1 hosting … my free account had run out, and being a freeloader myself, I’ve found another place where I can get hosting for free
If you’re reading this post, that means nearly everything went well with the move, although I suspect there’s a few paths in the database that I need to find and clear out … and of course, I’ve still got a few weeks left of this last course for my Master’s degree, so don’t think that all of the sudden I’m going to be posting full steam again, gimme a couple more weeks
Hey Joel,
Didn’t recognize the new place. I wanted to e-mail you but your “contact me” page is borked.
Anyways, just wanted to ask about your acronym replacer plugin for WP. I’ve been using it a good while now, as a guide to unfamiliar terms in Jamaican patois, Yiddish and Latin (!), and just noticed that it doesn’t accept punctuation marks (question and exclamation marks) in the “acronym” text. I had to break some phrases into smaller chunks to get around this (see this post).
Still, it’s a damn fine plugin!
