Apple just confirmed the rumors: the Apple iPod mini is real.
Weighing 3.6 ounces and measuring 2 × 3.6 × 0.5 inches, it has a 4GB hard drive, an anodized aluminium case, and a 1.67 inch (diagonal) backlit screen which displays full song names and even lets you play games, or view your calendar and contacts. It also claims to give you over 25 minutes of skip protection and last up to 8 hours on a single battery charge. Very cool.
