		<description>Joel, if I may insert a general blogging tip here: Do it for yourself, not for your audience.  I know from experience that it\&#039;s hard to get good feedback--but that does not mean that what you\&#039;ve done is a) not good or b) not seen.

Just do what you do and people will see it.  You\&#039;ll know when people like it when they comment, bookmark, tag, tweet or blog about it.  You\&#039;ll be lucky if you see any of it though.</description>
