Hosting.com is offering free hosting plans for ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. Actually, they’re charging a dollar each as a setup fee, but there’s no monthly fee, and the plan includes 200MB disk space and 10GB monthly data transfer, so you you’ll have plenty of space for experimenting with the latest Microsoft technologies.
Of course, there is a tiny catch … they reserve the right to discontinue the Beta plan at any time, and will almost certainly get rid of the whole thing when the full product launches. But then, if you just want to try out the new betas, this is the perfect place to try out your Visual Web Developer software.
